The California Youth Soccer Association – South/Coast Soccer League Claremont Stars Boys’ Under-14 Club Team has finished a perfect Spring Soccer League Season with 12 Wins, 0 Losses, and 0 Draws. The Team scored an impressive 38 goals for, with only 7 goals against during the rigorous competition against several very strong teams from the Southern California Region, culminating in the Spring Cup Championship on May 18. The Team also participated in the US Soccer Club-sanctioned California Cup Tournament in which they made it all the way to the Championship match, placing second.

This past weekend, the Team were champions at the Rush ’08 Tournament in Victorville.

Together for the past 6 Club Seasons, the team is coached by Joe Chavez and has as players: Dakota Meador, Stephen Barba, Cristian Garcia, Kevin Swartz, Adam Yarnell, Victor Mercado, Shane Hewitt, Giovanni Perelli, Anton Russell, Babs Abon, Andres Magallon, Jake McGuire, Dylan Kegans, Tyler Antillon, Brian Corcoran, Austin Miller, Denes Kantor, and Cameron Hunter.
